About the role
Amenitiz is seeking an Account Manager for the French Market to maximize client value and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, enhancing product adoption, and strategically increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across a portfolio of clients. The Account Manager will maintain positive revenue retention, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Your missions
* Driving Revenue Growth – Implementing strategic upsell initiatives to maximize MRR while delivering additional value to clients.
* Enhancing Customer Retention – Proactively engaging with customers to nurture strong relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
* Increasing Product Adoption – Guiding clients through platform features to optimize usage and unlock additional revenue opportunities.
* Leading High-Impact Conversations – Conducting engaging video demonstrations and business reviews to showcase new features and tailored solutions.
* Leveraging Data for Performance Optimization – Monitoring key upsell and retention metrics, analyzing customer trends, and refining strategies to meet revenue goals.
* Acting as a Brand Ambassador – Representing Amenitiz with professionalism and enthusiasm, reinforcing its value and fostering client loyalty.
About you
* 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Sales role, preferably within a SaaS company
* Fluency in French and proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
* Client-focused problem solver, with experience in account management, customer success, or sales
* Passionate about customer success, going the extra mile to help clients grow
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to balance multiple priorities while keeping long-term goals in sight
* Driven by ownership and results, always seeking ways to exceed targets and contribute to Amenitiz’s success
