They make sure every interaction with Dyson, in-store or online, reflects our ingenuity—and delivers an unforgettable customer experience. /ph3About the role /h3pAs our Head of Sales, you will: /pulliLead and manage retail execution and sales growth across the country through key third-party retail customers. /liliOversee direct team and indirect teams, ensuring alignment with the retail strategy. /liliDevelop and implement strategies to drive in-store excellence and selective distribution monitoring. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to create and execute distribution, training, and demonstration strategies. /liliAnalyse national sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify sales opportunities and challenges. /liliDevelop and lead short and long-term initiatives to enhance retail presence and add value to partnerships. /liliManage budget allocation and resource planning for the retail field sales function. /liliLead by example as an active member of the Retail Sales Leadership Team, providing updates and aligning on critical decisions. /liliSet measurable targets, provide continuous feedback, and drive performance management approaches to foster a high-performing culture. /liliStay adaptable and open-minded to change in the ever-evolving retail landscape. /li /ulh3About you /h3pTo succeed in the role, we expect you to have: /pulliProven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively. /liliExcellent public speaking and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders. /liliAdvanced proficiency in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written. /liliStrong negotiation skills and strategic thinking to drive business outcomes. /liliOpen-mindedness and adaptability to navigate complex retail challenges. /liliFinancial acumen and experience in budget control and forecasting. /liliAnalytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. /liliExperience in the beauty industry is preferred. /liliAbility to influence at a senior level and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. /liliWillingness to travel and engage in overnight stays as required by the role. /li /ulh3Reward /h3pAt Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses.
