This is a global-facing role supporting research and clinical activities across Europe, APAC and the US, with a focus on nutrition science, human health, and clinical trial execution. Responsibilities Design and support human clinical trials from protocol through to publication Manage CROs and ensure high-quality trial execution and data integrity Conduct data analysis and interpret results to support product claims and regulatory submissions Prepare study documentation, reports, and contribute to scientific publications Contribute to the company’s long-term science strategy in human nutrition and health Identify new areas for research related to krill-derived and marine-based ingredients Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and commercial Build and maintain partnerships with universities and research institutions Represent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and external events Communicate complex biostatistical findings in a clear and engaging way Qualifications / Ideal Candidate MUST HAVE - PhD in Biostatistics or a relevant life science field 2+ years of industry experience in pharma, biotech, nutraceuticals, or related sectors Demonstrated experience in managing or heavily contributing to clinical trials Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, data analysis, and regulatory standards Confident communicator with a proactive and positive mindset Willing to travel globally and attend monthly in-person meetings in Oslo Employment details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Science and Research Industries: Biotechnology Research, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Wellness and Fitness Services Please apply directly or email for more details #J-18808-Ljbffr
