We are currently looking for a:
Digital Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
A key responsibility for this role is supporting Digital Office teams in correctly carrying out the Digital Strategy Roadmap, building and maintaining excellent long-term relationships with roadmap stakeholders, and the correct implementation at regional/local park level.
Project types will vary depending on Strategy Plan stage and company transformation needs: help deliver executive reporting for key decision making sessions, strategic planning, process improvement, organizational review, and change management involving digital projects across all regions.
Digital Office control:
- Lead Digital Office Budget preparation and execution for both, Digital Transformation and IT’s OpEx and CapEx
- Prepare analysis to support the priorization of digital investments and expense
- Support Chief Digital Officer in coordinating Digital Strategy Roadmap execution
- Develop and present reports and recommendations to management
- Collaborating with the Customer Insights Team to understand performance of new projects to take better investment decisions
Project leadership and management:
- Lead the coordination and execution of digital projects as an auxiliary team when additional support is needed for strategic reasons
- Work closely with local office teams in the Europe, USA, and Australia to understand technology needs and requirements
- Develop and implement technology solutions that support the operations of local offices
- Conduct analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs
Change Management, Organization & Processes:
- Understand the current state of Digital Office structure and implementation of projects in all the organization to identify impacts to people, processes, and technology
- Encourage the adoption of changes from Digital Strategy Roadmpa within the organization and directly support the teams as a business partner
- Provide thought leadership, knowledge and understanding of processes, challenge the status quo, promote best practices and arbitrate decisions.
- Implement continuous improvement mindset in digital office teams, capture and share successful practices and contribute to a higher level of business, process, and capability maturity within the teams
Requirements
Education:
University degree: Engineering, Business and/or Economics.
Experience:
1-3 years’ working experience in strategy consulting, tech consulting, similar tech environments, or large Corporates in digital or transformation areas.
Proven experience of delivering change through tech or digital transformation projects or day-to-day operations within medium to large organizations.
Languages:
- Spanish: bilingual
- English: Fluent
- Other languages (French, German...) would be valuable
Others:
- Analytical mindset and modelling skills
- High level of initiative and being able to work with limited supervision
- Excellent communications and presentations skills
