As our Music Event Logistics & Operations professional, you’ll take ownership of the planning and execution of each live concert worldwide. You’re the person who ensures that every element runs seamlessly behind the scenes.This is a commission-based role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-trust, entrepreneurial environments and wants to contribute to something meaningful. We value action, clarity, and real results.Now entering its fourth year, The Art of Music Tour is a one-of-a-kind journey that merges cinematic electronic music with nature, ancient heritage, and cultural storytelling. It is performed live in breathtaking locations around the world. From castles to cliffsides, this project transforms iconic spaces into immersive sonic rituals that touch the soul.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all on-site logistics for each event (transport, gear, team schedules)Assist with location scouting and liaise with local authorities for permitsManage timelines and ensure smooth communication across departmentsOrganise crew operations, artist logistics, and vendor coordinationSupport budgeting and cost optimisation across production elementsHas experience in live events, tours, festivals, or large-scale productionsIt is highly organised and solution-drivenThrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quicklyIs emotionally intelligent, reliable, and communicates clearlyBelieves in the power of music and creativity to move the worldImportant:
