Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the Iberia energy-transition agenda by translating client sustainability goals into measurable energy performance and decarbonization outcomes. You bridge local market execution with Siemens’ global portfolio, shaping go-to-market strategies and end-to-end solutions for building energy efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to grow opportunities, improve efficiency, and deliver value across commercial and technical dimensions. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role in a leading infrared-enabled building technology portfolio.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for building energy-efficiency and sustainability services in Spain and Portugal - Build and nurture a strong pipeline of opportunities in existing buildings, especially commercial real estate - Translate customers’ sustainability goals into energy performance, decarbonization, modernization, and regulatory-compliance solutions - Promote building automation, controls modernization, digital services, HVAC upgrades, plant optimization, lighting, electrification, and energy-monitoring offerings - Collaborate with local units and global teams to drive cross-selling and upselling within the installed base - Support commercial activities including tender processes, offer strategy, customer presentations, negotiations, and deal closure - Foster relationships with customers and partners while coordinating with technical and operations teams for feasibility and project handoverResponsabilidades - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related field - Several years of B2B sales, consulting, or solution-selling experience in building technologies, energy services, or decarbonization solutions - Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts in service- or solution-based environments - Strong understanding of building systems and retrofit opportunities in existing buildings - Experience creating commercial value propositions based on savings and lifecycle economics - Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, engineering, finance, and operations - Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills - Fluent in Spanish and English - Willingness to travel across Spain and PortugalRequisitos principales - Flexible schedule - Hybrid work model - >
