We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager (Program Manager / Head of Delivery Unit / Account Manager / Delivery Director) to strengthen client relationships, ensure outstanding service delivery, and drive business growth across multiple IT accounts. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivery excellence, people management, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain long‑term, trusted partnerships with key clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction across all engagements.
* Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring that all services meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Act as the escalation point for complex delivery or performance issues.
* Identify and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts.
* Propose tailored IT and staffing solutions that create measurable business impact.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute strategic plans for account expansion and retention.
* Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs.
* Build, mentor, and manage cross‑functional delivery teams (30+ engineers).
* Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Monitor account profitability, revenue growth, and delivery costs.
* Prepare reports and forecasts for executive review.
* Establish delivery KPIs and ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
* Gather and act on client feedback to drive improvement and innovation.
What you bring
* 6+ years of IT industry experience, including 4+ years in Delivery Management.
* Proven experience managing large‑scale accounts (30+ engineers).
* Demonstrated success in outstaffing, outsourcing, or IT services.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent client‑facing and communication abilities.
* Deep understanding of software delivery processes and team dynamics.
Nice to Have
* Experience within fintech, software development, QA, or DevOps.
* Technical background (development, testing, or infrastructure).
* Experience leading distributed international teams.
