In this role, you´ll be responsible for building and rebuilding websites from scratch, ensuring seamless integration with our technology ecosystem and external platforms. You´ll also have the opportunity to shape digital experiences and influence design strategy.**Key Responsibilities*** Design and develop modern, user-friendly websites that reflect brand identity and meet business objectives;
* Manage the full web design process, from concept and layout through to implementation and maintenance;
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into creative, functional design solutions;
* Work closely with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables;
* Apply best practices in UX, usability, accessibility and SEO to enhance overall site performance and user experience;
* Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards;
* Support continuous improvement by contributing to design processes, documentation and team collaboration.**About the Ideal Candidate*** Demonstrates a strong background in web design with a balance of creativity and technical knowledge;
