Your mission and main responsabilities
To develop and implement effective Optimization department, assisting Service Business Line Manager to lead and supervise the team into achieving the targets and customer satisfaction for the business, introducing the new products, services and processes.
To drive the professionalization of Optimization department efficiently by the Team to meet Customer expectations and follow the optimization KPI’s
To identify and drive process improvement and best use of all Service optimization systems and the direct relationship with GECIA (engineering): audits, designs, use of devices dedicated to optimization, developing engineering solutions, among others.
As a manager also ensures the function is carried out to a highly effective standard by continuously developing the team’s skills (HR management)
What does Optimization mean in Atlas Copco?
The cycle in 3 steps:
1. Analyze: specialized audits help to determine area for improvement (AIRscan)
2. Optimize: implementing the latest optimization technology gets the most out of a compressed air installation (Central Controllers, Energy Recovery, AIRnet piping)
3. Monitor: ensure that the implemented improvements produce the expected results with a remote monitoring system (Smartlink, Smart AIRnet)

Requested knowledge and experience
17. Experience in similar position and area (energy efficiency)
18. Experience in managerial positions will be valuable.
19. Technical background
20. High skills in computer programs, SAP and C4C knowledge
21. High level of English language (both spoken and written) & Native Spanish

Position is located in Coslada (Madrid). The position requires frequent travels within the country and abroad.
