Sales Director – Luxury Real Estate - Ibiza
Our client, a prestigious market leader in the luxury real estate sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and elevate their high-performing sales team in Ibiza.
This is a senior leadership role within a dynamic, expanding organisation at the forefront of Ibiza’s prime property market. The successful candidate will bring strong people leadership, strategic vision, and a proven background in luxury real estate sales.
Key Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in the real estate sector (luxury preferred)
* 3+ years’ experience managing a sales team (highly beneficial)
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market
* Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Must live in Ibiza or be willing to relocate
* Spanish driving licence and own vehicle required
Key Responsibilities
* Manage buyer and vendor relationships, including property acquisition and sales
* Lead, train, motivate, and develop the company’s sales team
* Expand and maintain a high-quality client and investor network
* Define and implement the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
* Set and monitor individual and team sales goals
* Review, optimise, and improve sales processes
* Analyse sales performance data and implement improvements
* Support team members with tools, guidance, and market insight
* Prepare market analyses and high-end property presentations
Package & Benefits
* Competitive contracted package
* OTE €120,000 – €200,000 per annum
* €3,000 gross monthly base salary
* 5% office override
* 20% commission on own property sales
