Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with delivery inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams to resolve any delivery challenges effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in the CRM system
- Identify common issues and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality
- Stay informed about company services, policies, and delivery procedures to offer accurate information
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, preferably within delivery, logistics, or transportation sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support through the paid relocation package
