About the Opportunity

Join our client, a integral customer experience and business process outsourcing leader, partnering with some of the world's most influential technology platforms to deliver sales, customer support, and digital operations at scale.

This role is designed for commercially driven profiles who want to own the full sales cycle and directly impact revenue growth in a high-performance, international environment.

- Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
- Type: Full-time (39h/week)
- Relocation Support: Available for work-permitted candidates
- Languages: Dutch or German (B2+) + English (B2+)

Your Mission

Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients — turning business goals into scalable advertising strategies and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

- Own the full sales cycle: prospect -pitch - close
- Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients (outbound + inbound leads)
- Present tailored ad solutions (Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, Video Ads)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance via Salesforce
- Collaborate with BDR teams to optimize lead quality

Requirements

- Dutch or German (B2+) + English (B2+)
- Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management
- Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
- Target-driven and commercially focused mindset

Compensation

- Monthly: €2,200 – €2,600 gross + bonus
- Annual: €26,710 – €31,000 gross (base + up to €4,290 bonus)
