Key Responsibilities As part of our coaching team, you will Design and deliver technical, tactical, and physical tennis training sessions tailored to different levels and age groups. Monitor individual progress, identify areas for improvement, and create personalized development plans. Conduct regular performance evaluations and communicate progress to players and families. Promote positive values, teamwork, and sportsmanship on and off the court. Accompany players to tournaments and competitions, providing technical and emotional support throughout. Collaborate in organizing clinics, camps, and special tennis-related activities. Ensure proper use of facilities and adherence to academy rules. Essential Requirements Official tennis coaching certification (minimum Level 1; higher or equivalent international qualifications are highly valued). At least 2 years of experience coaching young players in clubs, academies, or school teams. Advanced conversational English, as most of our students come from international backgrounds.
