* Support Sales and Lead Generation : Assist in supporting sales efforts and digital lead generation to meet institutional goals. Experience in digital marketing is valued.
* Marketing Strategy and Leadership : Oversee the marketing department, evaluate and continue the development of digital marketing strategies and plans to strengthen the university’s position in the global education market during the maternity leave period.
* Planning and Coordination : Direct and coordinate marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the university’s goals and objectives.
* Market Research : Conduct research on demand for the university’s programs, competitor analysis, and market trends.
* Collaboration with Sales : Work with the sales department to maintain and develop effective pricing strategies that maximize both profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Target Identification : Identify potential target audiences and develop lead generation campaigns to attract them.
* Budget Management : Understand and manage budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment (ROI), and profit-loss projections.
* Brand Awareness and Positioning : Maintain and build the university’s brand awareness and positioning in the international education market.
* Event Management : Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events to promote the university.
* Social Media and Content Strategy : Oversee social media marketing strategies and content creation to engage the university’s audience.

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
* Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
