Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer in Spain to join our multidisciplinary team of developers and testers. In this Agile environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, functionality, quality and performance of our products, using QA tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Tasks
* Perform a variety of tests, including regression, integration and performance testing, to validate software stability.
* Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
* Test across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
* Report issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly.
* Verify that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.
* Attend daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and potential blockers.
* Assist in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
* Collaborate with QA, development and business teams to ensure complete and thorough testing.
* Research and utilize testing tools to improve automation and performance.
* Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA.
Qualifications
* At least one year of experience in software quality assurance.
* Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
* Knowledge of test manual tools.
* Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and bug reports.
* Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
* Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies.
* Problem‑solving mindset, patience and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while also being a great team player.
* Fluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong capability partnering with stakeholders.
* Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
* Exposure to testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
* Familiarity with test automation tools.
* Interest and some knowledge of AI.
