Responsibilities
1. Managing a competence area with the aim to gain the selling targets which are part of the Budget.
2. Managing and developing the commercial relationships with the customers, checking, carefully, the commercial structure suitability in his area, to guarantee the continuity / growing for selling amount and a good market fee for Yara.
3. Providing proper information to optimize the team job: competition, update sales forecast, financial trends, suggestions for Marketing strategies and new products development.
4. Checking sales network with the orders can be carried out (incoterm FCA/CPT)
5. Check the customers overdue go gain the defined credit days target.
6. Check/monitor the financial position of the customers and send information to the credit management to update the master data.
7. Promote business strategies hand by hand with Food Chain players based in the area.
Profile
8. Agronomy degree, BSc
9. Work experience in fertilizer market or relevant business areas (agrochemicals etc.)
10. Extensive experience and understanding of the Spanish agricultural market .
11. Financial knowledge and ability of negotiation.
12. Market knowledge, in particular that one related to own competence area.
13. Capability to set up good interpersonal relations
14. High inclination towards the team job.
15. Fluent in Spanish. Fluency in English is an asset.
16. Travelling in the area is required.
