We are looking for a motivated and analytical Provisioning & Telecom Operations Specialist to join the team for one of our clients (direct hiring) In this role you will manage service provisioning, activations, and number portability, ensuring accurate system updates. You will resolve escalations, support customer service, and coordinate with partners to maintain service quality. SKILLS :2 years of experience in telecom operations or customer support (preferably MVNO/MNO - Mobile Virtual Network Operator companies)Familiarity with telecom provisioning systems, CRM, and billing tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (technical teams, MNO, customer care). Excellent communication and documentation skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Handle provisioning andactivation of mobile (prepaid/postpaid/eSIM) and fixed-line services ( TV whenwill be applicable).Coordinate SIM/eSIM management, number portability, andtechnical activation via MVNE/MNO platforms. Monitor service orders, customertickets, and resolve discrepancies in billing, charging, or provisioning. Support the frontline customer service with escalations and backend problemresolution. Manage service suspensions, reactivations, and disconnectionsbased on customer requests or credit status. Ensure accurate data entry andsystem updates in CRM, billing. Collaborate with MNOs, infrastructurepartners, and vendors to troubleshoot service issues.
