What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will:
Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts
Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads
Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.)
Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence
Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts
Repurpose newsletter/blog content into short-form social formats
Share weekly insights and content performance reports
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Notion, Slack
Excellent written English for captions and community interactions
Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST)
Bonus Points For
Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewear
Experience managing or growing a digital brand community
Light graphic design or email marketing experience
Preferred LocationsRemote in:
Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland
Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8)
