At V2C, a fast-growing company designing and manufacturing smart EV chargers, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia (Spain) .
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
* Providing technical assistance by phone, email and video call to our international clients and installers.
* Diagnosing issues and offering effective troubleshooting remotely.
* Explaining product functionalities in a clear and professional manner.
* Collaborating with internal teams (post-sales, QA, R&D) to resolve technical cases.
* Logging support cases in an organized and accurate way.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in French and English (C1 or above).
* Living in Spain – ideally near Valencia or willing to relocate.
* Solid understanding of electronics and basic IT/networking.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset.
Spanish is a plus, but not required.
