We are looking for a Business Analyst Omnichannel to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

About the Role
As the Product Expert in Omnichannel Products at Nespresso, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining business and functional requirements, collaborating with team members to translate these digital requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies, and ensuring the delivery of quality products.
The Product Expert also validates the Digital Solutions delivered to ensure that functional requirements are met. You will become the go-to person for domain-specific knowledge and will own and contribute to product documentation.
What You’ll Bring
* Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and contributing to scoping assessments to determine project feasibility.
* Highlighting gaps in existing functionality, documenting relationships within the application system, and recommending improvements or automation opportunities.
* Developing comprehensive requirement specifications to estimate costs, time, and resources for deployment.
* Liaising with the service development team to suggest functional solutions and process improvements.
* Providing documentation, training, and coaching to stakeholders and teams.
* Ensuring stakeholder involvement in specifications and managing backlog organization to deliver business value.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience of 3+ years as a Business or System Analyst, with at least one successful large-scale digital project in Direct-to-Consumer Touchpoints.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in structured problem-solving frameworks.
* Over 3 years of experience in digital projects like e-commerce, web/app development, analytics, or digital marketing.
* Exceptional communication skills in English and strong interpersonal abilities.
Bonus Points If You:
* Have experience in omnichannel B2C industries.
* Have a background in FMCG or luxury sectors.
* Have worked with technologies like Commerce Tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Genesys, or Chatbots.
