Senior System Engineer - Communications
Verisure, operating under the brand names Securitas Direct & Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Senior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Lead the IT Ops Engineering Team and serve as the primary representative to stakeholders, spearheading the infrastructure strategy.
Design, implement, operate and maintain our network infrastructure.
Participate in technical decisions, discussions and trade‑offs to deliver robust solution designs and implementations.
Apply technical standards, patterns and best practices across solutions.
Ensure software quality and security are embedded, including generating and executing appropriate automated tests.
Continuously seek improvement and optimisation of the system, staying aware of industry trends and identifying opportunities within existing solutions.
Incorporate observability to enable easy operation of the system.
Experiences and Qualifications
Master or B.A. in Network Engineering.
Fluent English (minimum B2).
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT.
Strong understanding of design practices and system architecture, including reliability, scalability, security, operation costs and adoption paths.
Solid knowledge of network solutions such as SD‑WAN, ACI, VxLAN (routing, switching), networking in cloud (AWS/Azure), Cisco Wifi, Cisco ISE, F5, GTM, and firewalls.
Public or private cloud experience is a plus.
