**About the job**
**Job purpose**
As a Transformation Business Analyst, your main objective is to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of digital, data & AI transformation initiatives. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
**Main missions**
Your responsibilities include:
- **
Requirements Gathering & Analysis**: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- **Solution Design & Documentation**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions..
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Support Change Management & Adoption**: Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- **Project Support & Delivery**: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking ; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes ; Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
**Expected skills & experience**
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
- Business acumen and customer oriented.
- Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability
- English — fluent in speaking and writing — mandatory
- Work experience in an international environment is a plus
- Strong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies.
