P We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Trading and Operations department in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain. /p pb How you make the difference /b /p p The position will be to ensure the smooth, accurate execution of all operational processes that support trading activities and contributes to efficient trade execution, improved performance, and the overall reliability of the trading operation. /p pb How your agenda looks like: /b /p ulli Assist with the COP/COS issuance and circulation process based on the information received by the trader /lili Manage the documentation flow in coordination with other TMI offices involved where applicable /lili Expedite orders through interaction with both internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines, warehouses) /lili Ensure a timely and accurate information flow among different parties involved in each transaction /lili Update internal databases and worksheets related to the trading activities /lili Communicate to the relevant trader anomalies or matters that require specific attention or further negotiation /lili Assist with outturn report, preliminary/final settlements and commercial analysis (where applicable) /lili Update freight and other logistic costs, in coordination with other TMI offices, liaising with logistic service providers and forwarding agents (where applicable) /lili Monitor shipping/delivery schedules and other relevant deadlines and report anomalies to the trader /lili Liaise with Technical Services Team to exchange information related to quality claims. /lili Assist the Trader with proactive approach on any other operational aspects as requested. /lili Issue shipping instructions and/or manage container bookings (where applicable). /li /ul pb Your team: /b /pp You will report directly to our Commercial Operations Manager. /p pb What makes you a great fit: /b /pulli Education: University degree in Business Administration or similar /lili Work Experience: Minimum of 3 o 5 years of professional experience,ination of roles in experience in comercial/administrative roles. /lili Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and to have knowledge of an ERP (Dynamics, SAP, etc.). /lili Language: Proficiency in Spanish and very high level of English, both spoken and written. /li /ul pb What’s in for you: /b /pulli Work location: Bilbao, Spain /lili Contract type: Permanent /lili Working Hours: Full Time /lili Remote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available /li /ul pb Curious About Us?
