Consequently, the Delivery Manager responsibilities consist of 4 following parts:
Project Management Responsibilities
Projects are completed with no delays or reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with the stakeholders
PMO guidelines are strictly followed
Necessary project documentation is in place and up to date (Project Brief, Weekly detailed project plan, Requirements, etc)
All project-related JIRA tasks are in place and up to date - initiatives, epics, bugs
Weekly reporting is done
Necessary project ceremonies and communications are conducted: project kick-off, weekly project sync and demos, project sign-off, handover to operations and closure
Escalations, if needed, are done timely and in a proper way
Use recommended tools: slack channel, confluence, JIRA, g-mail
Control project scope, timeline, resources, risks
Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is
Contribute to the corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc)
Stakeholder Satisfaction Responsibilities
Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them
Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail) about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes.
Facilitate decision making
Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback
Team Management Responsibilities
Control that the team members execute their project management and stakeholder satisfaction responsibilities well
Manager should know in details and control the capacity, assignments, loading and plans of subordinates and make sure that the team resources are utilized in an optimal way
Provide regular specific feedback to team members and support team members growth
Establish knowledge sharing in the team
Program Management Responsibilities
Lead dev team resource planning for your stream
Handle scope changes for the stream
Provide reporting for the stream progress
Support Head of Delivery in Quarter Planning
Be first escalation points for the project issues in the stream
Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects may appear on top of the above
Requirements

Experience
Working experience xhfqzwm in team management/project management/operational excellence or related to those areas, ideally in the software development/technology/data-related industries
At least 2 years of experience in managing project managers
Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development
Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles
Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Communication in English
