The R&D Project Manager is responsible for:
1. Executing projects within defined requirements (cost, time, functionality).
2. Ensuring business success and customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder management.
3. Making timely decisions on issues, escalating when necessary.
4. Executing projects within approved boundaries, including user requirements, functionality, costs, and quality.
5. Cooperating across relevant functions and ensuring proper transfer to subsequent responsible parties.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and leadership in change. Additional requirements include:
* Good understanding of SIGMA and problem-solving methodologies.
* Knowledge of Winterbine products at the engineering level.
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Fluency in English.
