Role Compensation & Benefits Analyst - Barcelona PERM
Location: Barcelona, Spain. May open to other locations in EU. Type: Permanent fixed term 2 year term – Option to convert to PERM. Level: Analyst. Experience: 3 to 5+ years. Start ASAP. Hybrid Working / Remote Working. Salary: Up to 70K Euros per year.

Responsibilities
- Collect Compensation & Rewards HR data in multiple formats and convert into workable data
- Drive data-informed improvements in Rewards and HR Operations through Lean methodology
- Support the rollout of our General Job Architecture initiative across regions
- Deliver competitive compensation strategies via regular market benchmarking
- Compensation cycles — merit reviews, pay and budgeting
- Launch regional benefits programs that are cost-effective and employee-centric
- Measure rewards program impact using feedback and performance metrics
- Design, develop and create reporting analytics
- Strong data management from multiple systems and sources
- Create standard, ad hoc queries and reports to produce data summaries, analyses and dashboards for strategic planning and decision-making
- Strengthen governance and regulatory procedural compliance
Qualifications
- At least 3–5+ years' experience in C&B; HR analytics at a large multinational firm
- Process and analyze various data sets for consolidation and standard reporting across global regions
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical capability and the curiosity to dig into data and drive improvements
- Proactive, structured working style with a clear sense of accountability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels and cultures
- Fluency in English; other languages suited to our regions are welcome
- Ideal to have: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Power BI skills are a plus
