We are offering one outstanding opportunity to join ourR&D; Department as a Embryo Research Supervisor, based in Paterna (Valencia), Spain.
**What are you accountable for achieving?**
- Develop and follow-up of Embryo Genetics clinical studies.
- Develop new predictors of embryo viability based on artificial intelligence.
- Provide scientific and technical support to embryologists from IVF clinics undergoing EMBRACE: validation and clinical case supervision.
- Provide scientific and technical support to affiliates starting with EMBRACE.
- Support marketing and commercial teams with EMBRACE.
- Contribute to basic research in embryonic cell-free DNA.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Present study findings at scientific conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, data analysis, and interpretations.
- Maintain knowledge of current developments in Embryo Genetics and relevant scientific disciplines.
**What will you need as a successful applicant?**
- PhD in Embryology, Genetics, Biotechnology or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Embryology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Embryo Genetics.
- Advanced English level. Minimum B2. Desirable C1.
- Experience in scientific publications, abstracts, and oral presentations in national/international meetings.
- Strong IT skills, in Microsoft Office, with extensive experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in project management preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Versátil and dynamic personality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
