Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities:
* Contact the dedicated customer for instructions/reminders
* Processing of agent and early warning messages (network contact)
* Communicate information to customers and partners in parallel
* Handling of anomalies/disputes
* Proposal for corrective and preventive measures
* Contact with the warehouse and other subcontractors
* Inform and advise the customer on the formalities of the international movement of goods
* Communicate the information of the files in charge to the hierarchical manager
* Monitor the quality of service center services
* Create SOPs when required to support the offshoring process
* Troubleshoot to proactively find suitable solutions in a timely manner for the customer
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or a degree in Logistics
* Preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and/or other market-leading software
* Good communication skills in English (oral and written), minimum B2 level
