In this role you lead the digital landscape for Manufacturing and Industrial operations, owning manufacturing IT systems from lifecycle to improvement. You align IT capabilities with production needs and ensure GxP and data integrity compliance. You’ll partner with manufacturing and engineering leadership to drive efficiency, reliability, and data-driven decisions. This is a chance to shape Manufacturing IT strategy and enable cross-functional collaboration at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as System Owner for assigned Manufacturing applications, ensuring lifecycle management and compliance
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to translate operational needs into IT capabilities
• Ensure IT solutions maximize production efficiency, reliability, and data accuracy
• Define how IT systems support Manufacturing Business Processes under BPOs, within projects or enhancements
• Guarantee system availability, performance, and compliance with GxP and CSV requirements
• Drive automation and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations
• Coordinate vendors and external partners for systems in scope
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, and delivery with Business Process Owners
• Document business and functional requirements with traceability
• Apply project management and Agile methodologies for solution delivery
• Communicate with Manufacturing stakeholders and lead requirement workshops
• Support Change Management and adoption of new tools and processes
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation (Industry 4.0, data analytics, automation)
• Ensure effective incident resolution and governance for production-impacting issues
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
Responsabilidades
• 3 years IT systems management experience in Manufacturing or Industrial environments
• Experience with production shopfloor systems
• Strong background in GxP-regulated environments (pharma or life sciences preferred)
• Experience integrating industrial systems with enterprise platforms
• Proven IT project delivery and stakeholder management
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing stakeholders (preferred)
• Knowledge of MES, OEE, maintenance, automation, SCADA, labeling and weighing systems
• Experience with PAS-X or similar MES platforms
• Experience with SENTINEL or similar labeling software
• Experience with ZENON or similar automation software
• Industrial data systems and integrations
• Knowledge of systems published through Citrix
• Understanding of GxP, CSV, and data integrity
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira Software
• Languages: Spanish and English (written and spoken)
