Job Summary
We are looking for a Regional Total Rewards Director to join the Global Total Rewards team in Barcelona. The role is responsible for designing and executing the total rewards strategy for our European brands, aligning compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to support the organization's talent acquisition, development, and retention goals. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational objectives and best industry practices.
* Lead the recruitment and onboarding of talent and provide guidance to the regional teams to maintain high engagement and performance.
* Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
* Define, communicate and implement the new total rewards process, ensuring agility, compliance, data accuracy and insight integration.
* Design and launch systems to support the new process and maintain data integrity.
* Ensure strategy adoption across all entities.
* Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to create a strong EVP.
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to internal communications.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in Total Rewards within high‑growth tech or multi‑brand environments.
* Ownership of the European rewards landscape and responsibility for outcomes from ideation to delivery.
* Leadership ability to build inclusive, high‑performing teams that people want to work for.
* Hands‑on experience running pay review cycles in Workday or similar systems; tech‑savvy and efficient.
* Strong understanding of job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity and the mathematics behind rewards.
* Design systems that are fair, transparent and unbiased, giving every employee equal opportunity to succeed.
