Senior Analytics Engineer | Global FinTech | MadridMarks Sattin is partnered with a global FinTech in Madrid as they enter a major new phase of data‑driven transformation. They are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build the analytics foundations that connect their data warehouse, AI capabilities, and digital channels into a single intelligent engine for personalisation, insight, and growth.Responsibilities- Develop and own the Product Adoption & Marketing Analytics Framework, the unified source of truth for client behaviour across Web, Mobile App, API, and offline touchpoints.- Map and monitor the full client lifecycle, from first website visit through onboarding, activation, and product expansion.- Design analytics models and data foundations that enable hyper‑personalised client experiences at scale.- Collaborate with the AI Platform team to define, run, and evaluate personalisation experiments, including dynamic content and product recommendations.- Integrate personalisation signals into email, in‑app, and web journeys to deliver tailored experiences and support sales enablement.What You’ll Bring- Experience in digital, growth, marketing analytics, analytics engineering, or similar data‑intensive roles.- Strong expertise in client journey mapping and funnel analytics across web and mobile platforms.- Excellent SQL skills and hands‑on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.G., BigQuery, Snowflake).- Ability to turn complex datasets into clear commercial insights.- Familiarity with personalisation‑related ML/AI concepts.- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.G., Braze, HubSpot, Pardot).- Background working in regulated financial services environments is a plus.If you’re passionate about using data, analytics engineering, and AI to shape meaningful client experiences, and you want to help build the analytics backbone of a global FinTech, we’d love to speak with you.
