The Candidate
We seek an enthusiastic and energetic self-starter embodying the soulful spirit of the Twin Cherries by consistently exceeding expectations. What We’re Looking For
* 1-2 years of proven experience in a luxury hotel environment is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Spanish.
* Legal right to work in Europe, including visas or permits.
* A charismatic conversationalist engaging guests with lively discussions.
* Welcoming, enthusiastic energy that creates memorable guest experiences.
* Focus on guest needs with a calm, courteous attitude.
* Creative problem-solving and ownership of duties.
* Effective team collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests.
* Maintain a magnetic presence in the lobby, engaging with guests.
* Handle guest complaints promptly and follow up diligently.
* Solicit feedback to improve services and facilities.
* Provide personalized service through guest recognition.
* Escort VIP guests, providing detailed information about facilities and offers.
* Inspect VIP rooms and amenities before guest arrival.
* Collaborate with the front office team for seamless service.
* Review and prepare arrival reports for VIPs and guests with special status.
* Foster communication between concierge, front office, and reservations.
* Coordinate guest amenities, welcome letters, and setups.
* Report daily activities and participate in briefings.
* Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Familiarize with emergency procedures.
* Conduct courtesy calls and perform performance monitoring.
* Update guest history for personalized experiences.
* Promote hotel facilities, events, and promotions.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
* Ensure a smooth handover at shift change.
