KANZEN DESIGN provides professional presentation design services for consultants, managers, and start-ups. We offer top-level professional designs that are delivered in less than 48 hours, ensuring absolute confidentiality and ease of use and registration. Our goal is to increase the productivity of consultants and managers by allowing them to focus on their core business. Our team is composed of senior designers who have previously worked in the design departments of leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, FTI Delta, Monitor Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, and Kearney.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and support our growing team's success! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage competing priorities with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
What you’ll be doing :
* Schedule interviews, meetings, and other events related to recruitment and HR activities.
* Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and communication during the recruitment process.
* Support the onboarding and off-boarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
* Maintain employee records and assist in updating HR systems.
* Assist with employee training, compliance tracking, and maintaining personnel files.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
* HR or recruitment exposure.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems or tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environment.
* Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* Contribute with ideas on data quality initiatives through researches, analysis, reports.
* HubSpot and Avaza Tools knowledge are a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
