* Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)
* Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation
* Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management
* Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g. SAP
* 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
* Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
* Development of user training concepts and documentation
* Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices

* University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e. g. management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNow
* Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM
* You have a passion for a customer and result driven way of working
* Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are another benefit
* Excellent skills in English (German, Spanish or other languages are an additional benefit)
