Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and production of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards
Supporting menu development and seasonal offerings
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
Working collaboratively within the kitchen brigade
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef at CDP level or equivalent
EU passport or UK passport required (right to work in Ireland)
Ability to start within the next 4 weeks
Strong technical pastry and dessert skills
Experience in quality hotel or similar high-standard environment preferred
