Our Spanish team, comprising over 4,700 employees in 10 locations (certified as Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is seeking highly skilled professionals who can engage and acquire high-potential advertisers, and persuade them to integrate our marketing products into their current strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
* Maintaining and updating a database of customers with comprehensive information.
* Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones.
* Recording detailed histories of outbound calls and customers' responses.
* Ensuring consistent customer follow-up.
* Monitoring competitors' products or services and developing selling strategies for our offerings.
* Addressing customer needs and requirements.
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
* C2 level French with fluent English.
* Previous sales experience.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Strong written and oral business communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and achieving goals within a team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* A goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
* Able to work independently but as part of a team.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
* Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
