We’re hiring a Rental Coordinator at our rental facility in Rayville, LA. Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.
Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
* Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently
* Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support;
keep customers updated about new ways EquipmentShare can help their business
* Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
* Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience

Education
* High School diploma or equivalent
