We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail‑oriented professional to provide executive and administrative support to senior management and contribute to the efficient day‑to‑day functioning of the GCAT project.
Main Responsibilities
*
* Provide general administrative and project support for institutional and collaborative projects.
* Assist in monitoring project timelines, basic requirements, and internal procedures.
* Support the preparation and organization of project documentation, reports, and funding‑related materials.
* Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and committee activities, including agenda preparation and logistics support.
* Support communication between internal teams and external partners as needed for project activities.
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative and office support to facilitate project implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
*
* Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related disciplines.
* Experience in executive support, office administration or organisational support roles.
* Experience in organising meetings, events and institutional activities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Catalan and English.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proactive attitude, discretion and service‑oriented mindset.
What We Offer

* Full‑time contract (1628h/year)
* Indefinite contract (Science Law 17/2022) Contracte indefinit per activitats científico‑tècniques.
* Remote work (Friday)
* Immediate incorporation.
* Gross annual remuneration will be fixed based on experience and skills, distributed in 12 payments.
* Flexible payment (childminding + restaurant vouchers).
* 23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters + 2 personal days for Easter + 2 personal days for Christmas.
