Responsibilities
* Ensure stable ERP operations, incident management, and continuous improvement of SAP Controlling systems
* Drive ERP transformation initiatives and contribute to long-term strategy
* Partner with global finance stakeholders, ensuring governance and process optimisation
* Provide SAP Controlling expertise, validate solution designs, and ensure integration compliance
* Support full project life cycle (design, testing, go-live) and deliver business value initiatives
* Collaborate with architecture, integration, and data teams to align with enterprise standards
Requirements
* 10+ years ERP experience with strong SAP Controlling expertise (CO-PC, CO-PA, ML, cost/profit centres, allocations, period-end close)
* Proven experience in global, complex environments and end-to-end process understanding
* Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
* Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Experience with Agile, integration tools (eg SAP CPI/APIs), and support processes (incident/change management) preferred
