As we continue to scale our operations across the EMEA region, we are looking for a driven and highly connected Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.


This role will play an integral role in leading our business development efforts in the European market and driving revenue growth.


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and mobile in-app monetization. In this senior role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new partnerships with premium mobile app developers, DSPs and CTV publishers across Europe.

You will act as a trusted advisor to publishers & Demand Partners, helping them navigate the complex programmatic ecosystem and optimize their ad revenue using our proprietary tech stack.

Key characteristics the business manager must possess ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, analytical, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the European market
* Pipeline Generation & Closing: Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with top-tier mobile app developers, gaming studios, DSPs and CTV publishers across the European market.
* Strategic Pitching: Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our programmatic and in-app monetization solutions (e.g., Header Bidding, SDK integrations, OpenRTB, Mediation).
* Consultative Sales: Act as a strategic consultant to publishers, analyzing their current monetization setups and offering tailored solutions to increase their yield and fill rates.
* Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnership success.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management, AdOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and continuous optimization of new publisher accounts.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ATT), and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform product development.
* Industry Presence: Represent AlgoriX at major industry events, conferences (e.g., DMEXCO, Gamescom, App Growth Summit), and networking panels.
* Provide feedback and help shape the product roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends.
* Own weekly reporting and quarterly revenue planning efforts for the accounts portfolio.
* Own a portfolio of global accounts relationships and manage stakeholders to exceed revenue goals.
* Work closely with product teams and partners to navigate and launch product betas, partner integrations, and commercialization strategies.



Requirements

* Good understanding of mobile APP ecosystem and experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role at a DSP, SSP, Ad Network and Ad Exchange.
* Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
* Familiarity with programmatic and DSP platforms.
* Analytical skills combined with great problem-solving abilities.
* 8+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on the mobile advertising industry
* Experience building very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting inter-company partnerships.
* Excellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company.
* Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail.
* Fluent (written and spoken) English and know at least one European native language (written and spoken).
* Must be based in Europe and have the ability to travel as needed
