Lead the general Health, Safety and Environment strategy in a growing international technology company and foster a strong prevention culture across demanding environments.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement and continuously improve GMV’s global Occupational Health & Safety strategy aligned with corporate policy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental regulations in all operational countries, coordinating the OHS team and external providers.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining and improving management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
- Oversee the investigation of incidents and accidents, ensuring proper corporate reporting and implementation of corrective measures.
- Act as the main point of contact with labor and environmental authorities when required.
- Promote a strong prevention culture and continuous improvement across all international sites.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention (Environmental, Health, and Safety) covering at least three specializations.
- Proven experience in the areas of responsibility described above.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional EU languages considered an asset.
- Leadership skills, influencing across functions and mobilizing teams in international environments.
- Strong proactivity, results orientation and continuous improvement focus.
- Flexibility and adaptability in multicultural and dynamic contexts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills at both technical and executive levels.
