In this role you help secure BNPP’s digital landscape by delivering IAM and SSO support across application owners. You will work within IT Production to monitor services, respond to incidents, and drive automation and process improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure, available environments and contribute to the ongoing transformation of BNPP’s IAM posture. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide Level 1/2 IAM support to BNPP application owners via Teams and ServiceNow tickets
• Analyze non-standard requests and coordinate with the Expertise Team
• Monitor IAM services and alert on incidents to maintain availability
• Resolve critical service issues quickly and document resolutions
• Update knowledge base and automate recurring IAM processes
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2-4 years in IAM (authentication/SSO) with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP, REST APIs
• Strong English (written & spoken); French is a plus
• Technical expertise in IT/Cloud infrastructures
• Ability xpzdshu to communicate security best practices clearly
