* Evaluating, installing,configuring, maintaining and monitoring business applicationswithin the NEW YORKER Group
* Analyze errorsand rectify faults (2nd level support)
* Providing technical support, advice and assistance to users*,primarily from the areas of finance, controlling and HRadministration
* Planning, controlling andimplementing application updates
* Carryingout application installations as part of planned projects andmanaging user rights
* Controlling servicesand documenting all application-relevant technical information
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
* Completed training in the ITsector or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in the IT environment
* Confident handling of Microsoft Windows Server operatingsystems and terminal services
* Knowledge ofservice management desirable
* Strongwillingness to provide service
* Independentand analytical work as well as a high level of personalresponsibility
* Good knowledge of German andEnglish required
* Ability to work in a team,strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
