Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Property Management Associate to grow and support our property management services, including short-term rentals. The role focuses on client acquisition, property condition oversight, client communication, and social media and marketing support. You will be a key contributor in ensuring properties are market-ready, appealing, and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition, communication and relationship management (Primary – 60%)
o Actively identify and reach out to property owners to offer management services.
o Support the preparation of management proposals and service presentations.
o Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring documentation and property information is complete.
o Build relationships with owners and maintain regular communication.
2. Property Oversight & Improvement (20%)
o Conduct on-site visits to assess property condition and identify areas for improvement.
o Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and external service providers for repairs or enhancements.
o Provide owners with feedback and improvement suggestions to increase rental appeal.
3. Marketing & Media Support (20%)
o Assist in preparing properties, coordinate and support photoshoots, videos, and virtual tours.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to co-create property listings and social media content.
o Ensure property information, photos, and descriptions are accurate and up to date across platforms.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or a client service role.
* Relevant background in sales, customer service, or marketing is a strong plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Language skills: Spanish and English are required; other languages are a plus.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
* Familiar with property management tools, digital marketing platforms, and social media.
* Passion for real estate, design, and client service.
