Primary Responsibilities Include
* Event Planning & Coordination: Meet with clients, prepare proposals and schedules, and coordinate extensively with all internal departments.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise all aspects of event setup and service delivery, ensuring adherence to standards and resolving any operational challenges.
* Team Leadership: Assign tasks, supervise performance, and ensure compliance with all service and hygiene protocols for the banqueting team.
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact, guide clients from planning through execution, and ensure complete satisfaction.
* Administrative Reporting: Handle execution reports, cost analyses, budgeting support, and manage post‑event invoicing and documentation.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; 2 to 3 years preferred.
* Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Consistent kindness and professionalism in all interactions.
* Superior organizational and time‑management skills.
* Proven ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities within events.
