Senior Plant Controller (m/f/d)

To reinforce our Finance team we are looking for a Senior Plant Controller (m/f/d).
Your role:
1. Steering and proactively managing day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of plant controlling team
2. Closing of the period (SAP)
3. Closing of costs on a monthly basis
4. Preparation of month-end reports
5. Making the forecast on a monthly basis
6. Preparation of the annual budget and monthly monitoring of deviations
7. Assessment and monitoring of obsolete products, raw materials, spare parts
8. Analysis of production costs and other reports to support management (improvement proposals)
9. Optimization and improvement of analysis tools, i.e., process automation
10. Analysis and monitoring of investment projects (CAPEX)
11. Estimation of product costs to support the commercial department in tenders (competitions)
12. Support for group or company initiatives
13. Leading business cases for the new project justifications
14. Lead and guide the junior financial practitioner to deliver high performance
15. External Audit support
Your profile:
16. Bachelor of Economic Science (Business Administration)
17. Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling
18. Expert in SAP R/3, SAP CO, Excel
19. High English and German level (minimum B2)
20. Capacity of teamwork
21. Capacity of analysis
