We are seeking a Webinar Specialist to join our team!
What You Will Be Doing
* Hosting live webinars to deliver expert insights.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to schedule webinars and assign presenters, ensuring smooth execution.
* Creating and maintaining a comprehensive webinar schedule aligned with client interests and company goals.
* Developing and curating content and presentation materials for webinars.
* Formulating strategies for future webinar themes based on industry trends and client feedback.
* Supporting the production of webinar resources, including slides, handouts, and related documentation.
* Gathering and analyzing feedback and performance metrics to improve webinars and delivery.
About You
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success roles, with experience in hosting webinars.
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in fluent English (C1 or higher).
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Ability to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into content development.
* Creative mindset to generate engaging webinar topics and content.
* Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and related technology.
* Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
