Experteer Overview In this role you support the manufacturing of complex raw materials used for vaccines and diagnostics within ALK’s Manufacturing Department. You will learn and develop as a scientific/technical professional in biological production, contributing to material manufacture and process improvement. You’ll work across Production, QA, and QC, and participate in knowledge transfer in a global, regulated environment. This position offers growth toward senior technical responsibilities and emphasizes hands-on experimentation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes of complex raw materials
- Participate in resolving technical issues, analyzing causes and proposing solutions
- Collaborate on design and execution of technical experiments under supervision
- Assist in reviewing and updating technical SOPs
- Work closely with Production, QA, and QC departments
- Participate in knowledge transfer and internal training activities
- Interact with international teams in a global environment (occasional)Responsabilidades
- Education in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field
- Early experience (internships or 1–3 years) in lab work, biological production, or microbiological/cellular processes
- Genuine interest in understanding how and why processes work
- Strong observation and analytical skills, eagerness to learn
- Demonstrable upper-intermediate level of English
