Your Tasks
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to represent the “voice of technology” within our organization. You will maintain and prioritize the backlog of our platforms, specifically Return & Repairs and Instore Services & xplace, ensuring that our teams focus on priorities that empower our business and value streams while driving platform evolution and technical change.
- Support the Platform Owner in driving technical projects within the Return & Repairs and Instore Services areas.
- Take ownership of the core tech stack and drive central improvements, including increasing delivery speed, reducing team and application interdependencies, optimizing application performance, and decommissioning legacy application parts.
- Establish an ambitious roadmap and prioritize the technical backlog aimed at providing resilient, performant applications.
- Evaluate and establish new tools to enhance the daily work of product and business teams.
- Focus on improving the security of applications to safeguard our platforms.
- Drive developer productivity by optimizing the tech stack, ensuring usability and documentation, and integrating effective development tools (e.G., linting tools, build optimizers, performance profilers).
- Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner, other platform foundation teams, product delivery teams, and stakeholders to align requirements and manage dependencies.
- Propose technology priorities, aligning platform KPI targets with Platform Owners and Product Managers, while monitoring performance.
- Coordinate (non-agile) change projects, tracking timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in deliverables.
Your Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical or product management role.
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Proven experience managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organization, and integration capabilities, demonstrating self-management within defined responsibilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving with a focus on developing solutions within established guidelines.
