**NWVA SL is expanding its international operations team.**
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our customer operations department in Alicante. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment.
**Role Overview**
As a **Service Operations Officer**, you will be responsible for overseeing customer requests from start to finish. You will interact daily with clients, service partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high service standards.
**Key Duties**
- Handle customer calls and service requests with professionalism.
- Validate customer information and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Coordinate with external providers to monitor service progress.
- Schedule and assign resources according to urgency and availability.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery and repair arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of all active and completed cases.
- Proactively update customers on timelines, costs, and next steps.
- Use internal systems and mapping tools to support daily operations.
**Required Profile**
- **Native English speaker (mandatory).**:
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or any other language is highly valued.
- Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts (including evenings/nights).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
- Own vehicle required for commuting.
